Return and Refund Policy

Request a return within 30 days after receiving your order by emailing contact@ashbourneatelier.shop with your order number and reason. We aim to respond within two business days and will provide return instructions and the applicable return address; do not send a return before receiving instructions.

Eligibility

For preference or size returns, items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags where applicable; proof of purchase is required. These conditions do not limit applicable rights for a defective, incorrect or misdescribed item.

Return costs

For a return due to preference or size, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent a wrong or defective item, we cover return shipping when a return is required. No restocking fee applies. Please contact us promptly with your order number and details, including photographs where useful.

Refunds

After receiving a return, we aim to inspect it within three business days and notify you of the outcome. For approved returns we aim to initiate a refund to the original payment method within five business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate a change or cancellation before dispatch, but cannot guarantee it once preparation has begun. After dispatch, eligible orders follow the return process above.
