Shipping Policy

Ashbourne Atelier offers free standard shipping with no minimum purchase for destinations available at checkout. Available destinations and any applicable taxes are displayed before you place your order.

Delivery estimates

Standard transit is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Order preparation is separate from transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier, customs, remote destination or other delays.

If international duties or import taxes are assessed, the destination’s rules apply; contact us before placing an order if you need assistance. We will communicate shipment information when available.

Address changes and delays

Check your delivery address before ordering. If you need a change or your order is delayed, contact contact@ashbourneatelier.shop with your order number. We will try to help, but cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
